Booking is simple! You can reach out to us via our website contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Our team will work with you to create a personalized itinerary based on your preferences, budget, and travel dates. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Yes, many of our partner lodges and camps are family-friendly and welcome children of all ages. We can recommend specific accommodations that offer family rooms, kid-friendly activities, and babysitting services upon request.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of tour and how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may incur additional charges. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Yes, a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into Tanzania. We also recommend vaccinations for Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and antimalarial medication. Please consult your doctor or a travel health clinic at least 6-8 weeks before your trip.
Tanzania is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo) along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and hundreds of bird species. The Serengeti is especially famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration.
Your safety is our top priority. All our guides are certified and experienced professionals. Our vehicles are equipped with first aid kits and communication equipment. We follow strict park guidelines, maintain comprehensive insurance, and have emergency evacuation protocols in place.
The Great Migration is a year-round event, but the most dramatic river crossings typically occur between July and October in the northern Serengeti. The calving season in the southern Serengeti happens from January to March, which is also spectacular.
We recommend neutral-colored clothing (khaki, olive, brown), comfortable walking shoes, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, and a camera. Layered clothing is essential as mornings and evenings can be cool. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking.
